Piotr Jaxa o Kieślowskim
Zbiór wywiadów z najbliższymi współpracownikami Krzysztofa Kieślowskiego został zrealizowany z okazji osiemdziesięciolecia urodzin filmowego patrona Sokołowska. Od ponad dziesięciu lat w malowniczej miejscowości organizowany jest MFF Hommage à Kieślowski, gdzie fani, przyjaciele i bliscy reżysera oddają hołd pamięci polskiego mistrza. W 2021 roku organizatorzy festiwalu zdecydowali się nagrać cykl wywiadów, w którym wielokrotni współpracownicy Kieślowskiego wspominają o pierwszym spotkaniu z twórcą Przypadku, o jego metodzie twórczej, poczuciu humoru i rezolutności, a także o tajnikach swoich filmowych zawodów.

Lidia Duda’s strategy is simply to keep the camera on the children, nothing more and nothing less—they don’t need to be explained or patronised. As she says, “I believe in small, tiny worlds, because only by changing them, people can change the macro-world.” The result is quite extraordinary. Zosia is relentlessly talkative, Oskar works out his insecurities on the piano, and Kinga is a solid, supportive presence. For Entangled, her documentary about paedophilia, she was named Best Director at the Prague Documentary Film Festival; for Hercules she was awarded at festivals in Moscow and Kraków. Her work reveals her intrepid capability to listen to people and silently transcribe their world to the screen.
